IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE PRACTICE TELEPHONE SYSTEM
We introduced a new phone system that came into effect from the 14th July 2021.
The new system enables your call to be answered by our reception team across both surgeries with the aim of improving access and also has an improved call management functionality.
PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE THE SAME SURGERY NUMBER YOU USUALLY DO
The reception phone line week-day opening times (excluding Bank Holidays)
08.00-18.30
If you contact the surgery outside of these times your calls will continue to be diverted to the GP collaborative as is currently the case.
PLEASE ONLY RING THE SURGERY OUTSIDE THESE TIMES IF IT IS AN URGENT MATTER.
The dedicated prescription telephone lines will also close.
Where possible please request your repeat prescription via our online prescription service or directly through your pharmacist to help reduce the pressure on our phone lines.
It is still possible to call the surgery to request your repeat prescriptions if needed.
